The invention discloses a method for synthesis of 1-amino-4 (ethylamino)-9, 10-anthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid, steps are as follows: first, pouring water, 1, 4-dihydroxyanthraquinone-2 sulfonic acid and concentrated hydrochloric acid into a container, stirring, heating, adding zinc powder for reduction reaction, after completion of the reaction, respectively adding dropwise 70wt% of ethylamine and 30wt% of ammonia, after completion of the adding, closing the reaction container, stirring and heating for condensation reaction, after completion of the reaction, cooling for pressure relief, introducing air for oxidation reaction, and finally filtering, washing and drying to obtain a target product. The process route is short, the equipment requirement is little, the energy consumption is low, the production cost is low, and the method is more suitable for industrialized amplification production.
