The color yield of AZOCOLL SUBSTRATE is greater than 1.0 at a wavelength of 520 nm, and the blank value is less than 0.3 at the same wavelength, when measured under the conditions of 50 mg/5 ml buffer, 10 minutes at 37°C, and pH 7.0.
