Usage

Enzyme inhibitor

This cycloalkyl-hemiaminal (FWfree-base = 73.09 g/mol) inhibits aldehyde dehydrogenases. The active agent is cyclopropanone hydrate, formed by hydrolysis of 1-aminocyclopropanol (t1/2 = 30 min at 27°C and pH 7.4).
