Hydantoin derivatives of varying lipophilic character were prepared as nigen mustard carriers for CNS anti-tumor evaluation in transplanted mouse tumor test systems. Activity was studied in the murine ependymoblastoma brain tumor system. Multiple cures were observed for three of the four analogs examined. The compounds were also active in the intraperitoneal leukemia L1210 and P388 systems as well as in B16 melanoma and Lewis lung carcinoma.
