Method for synthesizing bisphenol A-bis(diphenyl phosphate) through heterogeneous catalysis
-
Paragraph 0031-0042, (2020/06/16)
The invention provides a method for synthesizing bisphenol A-bis(diphenyl phosphate) through heterogeneous catalysis. A novel supported solid catalyst is prepared and is used for an esterification reaction of phosphorus oxychloride, bisphenol A and phenol. A heterogeneous process adopted by the invention has the advantages of simple preparation method, easiness in separation after reaction, renewability and recyclability of the catalyst. Compared with a conventional preparation process of a Lewis acid catalyst adopted at present, the preparation method not needing material pickling operation during post-treatment has the following advantages: the use amount of wastewater can be greatly reduced, the problem of waste treatment caused by the fact that the catalyst becomes waste is thoroughlysolved, and the wastewater treatment cost is greatly reduced.
Method of purifying condensed phosphoric ester
-
Paragraph 0076-0084, (2016/12/22)
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purification method for obtaining stably the condensed phosphoric esters that are more excellent in the heat resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and storage stability, by suppressing a content of a phosphorus compound which is low in the acid value, small in the alkali metal content, and moreover has a hydroxyhydrocarbon group, without being affected by the acid value of the condensed phosphoric ester, the kinds and amounts of alkali metals, and processing conditions. SOLUTION: The method for purifying a condensed phosphoric ester, in the purification comprising the treatment of a crude condensed phosphoric ester with an epoxy compound and furthermore the alkali treatment with an alkaline aqueous solution, is characterized by previously removing the acidic substance contained in the crude condensed phosphoric ester by means of the neutralization treatment of the crude condensed phosphoric ester with an alkaline aqueous solution in the presence or absence of an organic solvent, and by consequently inhibiting the formation of an hydroxyhydrocarbon group-containing phosphorus compound in the treatment with the epoxy compound.
