6029-86-3 Usage
Description
LATIFOLINE is an alkaloid derived from the bark of Funturnia latifolia Stapf. It crystallizes from MeOH with a melting point of 162-6°C and from Me2CO with a melting point of 129°C. The natural base is laevorotatory with [α]D4.0° (c 0.8, CHCI3), while the synthetic optically inactive form has a melting point of 170.5-171.5°C. A crystalline acetyl derivative has been prepared with a melting point of 160°C and [α]D 15° (c 1.2, CHCI3). The structure has been confirmed through spectroscopic evidence as 5-conanen-3-ol.

Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 6029-86-3 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 6,0,2 and 9 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 8 and 6 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 6029-86:
(6*6)+(5*0)+(4*2)+(3*9)+(2*8)+(1*6)=93
93 % 10 = 3
So 6029-86-3 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
