The structure of the organic electroluminescent compound is shown as the following formula (I) shown inthe specification. The organic compound disclosed by the invention can be used as a hole transport layer material or an electron barrier layer material, and can also be used as a hole barrier layer material, an electron transport layer material, a main body material, a blue doping material and a covering layer material, and can reduce driving voltage, improve luminous efficiency, brightness, thermal stability and color purity and prolong the service lifetime of the device when being used in the organic electroluminescent device.
