61951-86-8 Usage
Description
REACTIVE YELLOW 86 is a brilliant green yellow dye in powder form, with a water solubility of 30 g/L at 50°C. It exhibits yellow color in concentrated sulfuric acid, which turns pale yellow upon dilution. Similarly, it shows yellow color in concentrated nitric acid, which also turns pale yellow when diluted. The dye solution appears light yellow, and upon the addition of 1 mol of sodium hydroxide, it turns yellow. Further addition of insurance powder and heating results in a pale yellow color. The dye becomes colorless when sodium perborate is added.

Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 61951-86-8 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 6,1,9,5 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 8 and 6 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 61951-86:
(7*6)+(6*1)+(5*9)+(4*5)+(3*1)+(2*8)+(1*6)=138
138 % 10 = 8
So 61951-86-8 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
