The invention relates to a synthesis method of pyridoxine dipalmitate. The method includes: taking palmitic acid as the raw material, adopting N, N-dimethylformamide as the solvent, and under the action of a condensating agent and organic base, performing reaction with pyridoxine hydrochloride to generate the target product pyridoxine dipalmitate. The compound synthesized by the method provided bythe invention has better oil solubility, and better light and heat stability, and can be better applied to cosmetics to protect skin. The method provided by the invention overcomes the defects in theprior art that: 1, water separation esterification reaction or ester exchange reaction is generally carried out under a strong acidic condition, and poor selectivity, large by-product proportion andother problems exist; 2, according to a two-step method, firstly phosphorus trichloride, phosphorus pentachloride, triphosgene, thionyl chloride and the like are employed to prepare acyl chloride, andthen acyl chloride is added dropwise into VB6 to react so as to obtain pyridoxine dipalmitate. The synthesis method provided by the invention avoids generation of a lot of industrial waste acid water, at the same time avoids the phenomenon of strong acid corrosion of equipment, has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, few by-product, low equipment requirement, environmental protection andlow cost, and is suitable for industrial mass production.
