Description
ACID RED 151 is a dark red powder that is soluble in water, resulting in a cloudy brown light orange color. It is also soluble in ethanol, giving an orange color, and in soluble fiber element. However, it is insoluble in other organic solvents. When it comes into contact with strong sulfuric acid, it turns blue light green, and when diluted, it becomes a weak light brown orange color. Its water solution and strong hydrochloric acid result in an orange brown color, and when thick sodium hydroxide solution is added, it turns dark purple.

Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 6406-56-0 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 6,4,0 and 6 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 5 and 6 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 6406-56:
(6*6)+(5*4)+(4*0)+(3*6)+(2*5)+(1*6)=90
90 % 10 = 0
So 6406-56-0 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
