Under the action of the alkaline catalyst, S1 of the prepared N - methyl perfluoroalkyl sulfonamide with vinyl carbonate reaction, shall be N - hydroxyethyl - N - methyl perfluoroalkyl sulfonamide; S3. In the presence of hydroquinone, S2 prepared N - hydroxyethyl - N - methyl perfluoroalkyl sulfonamide with acrylic acid methyl ester exchange reaction, be acrylic acid (N - methyl perfluoroalkyl sulfuryl amidogen) acetic ester. The advantage is: in order to salt water solution is used as the preparation N - methyl perfluoroalkyl sulfonamide solvent, overcome in the prior art that use only the bias of the non-aqueous solvent, in the final waste water content greatly reduced COD, environment-friendly; yield and high purity.
