Isotopic concentrations in (13)C greater than 90percent are obtained in one step by selective multiphoton dissociation of (12)CF3I with a CO2 TEA laser as well by static methods (closed cell) and by dynamical methods (continuous flow), iodine being trapped by silver grid.After C2F6 purification, a sample with 90percent in (13)CF3I has been irradiated again and enriched to 99.93percent in (13)C with a 40percent total yield in (13)CF3I, i.e. an enrichment of 130000 in two steps was obtained. - Keywords: Isotopes / Multi-photon Processes / Photochemistry
