Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 777885-07-1 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 7,7,7,8,8 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 7 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 777885-07:
(8*7)+(7*7)+(6*7)+(5*8)+(4*8)+(3*5)+(2*0)+(1*7)=241
241 % 10 = 1
So 777885-07-1 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

supporting information; experimental part, p. 793 - 799 (2010/06/20)
The enantioselective (E~ 200) Burkholderia cepacia-catalysed hydrolyses of β-amino esters with H2O (0.5 equiv.) in t-BuOMe or in i-Pr2O at 45 °C are described. The enantiomers of biologically relevant β-arylalkyl-substituted β-amino acids, and especially (R)-3-amino-3-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)butanoic acid, the intermediate of the new antidiabetic drug sitagliptine, were prepared with high enantiomeric excesses (ee≥96%) and in good yields (≥42%).
