A facile and efficient SNAr procedure involving the displacement of activated naphthalimide bromides with the anions of substituted aryl acetonitriles was developed for the preparation of α,α-aryl naphthalimide nitrile derivatives, which can be used as fluoride ion sensors and convenient precursors for the synthesis of aryl naphthalimide ketones based on fluoride-induced deprotonation followed by autoxidative decyanation.

Paragraph 0030-0032, (2021/04/10)
The invention discloses a cell lipid droplet fluorescence imaging probe based on a stilbene skeleton and application of the cell lipid droplet fluorescence imaging probe, and belongs to the technical field of biological imaging. The structural formula of the fluorescent probe is shown in the specification, R is dimethylamino, diethylamino and piperidyl, and the imaging effect of the fluorescent probe Lipi-DSB taking R as diethylamino is the best. The invention also discloses application of the fluorescent probe in specific labeling of lipid droplets in cells and tracking of lipid droplet distribution and kinetic change in living cells. Experiments prove that the fluorescent probe Lipi-DSB disclosed by the invention is a lipid droplet fluorescent probe with the advantages of high brightness and imaging signal-to-noise ratio, ultrahigh lipid droplet dyeing selectivity and light stability, relatively low cytotoxicity and the like, and has a huge application prospect.
