Description
AMBERLITE(R) IRA-410 is a type 2 strongly basic anion exchange resin with a clear gel structure. It is based on crosslinked polystyrene and features high bead integrity, good regeneration efficiency, and excellent rinse performance. This resin is particularly well-suited for use in two-column water demineralisation plants, offering better regeneration efficiency and higher operating capacity than type 1 resins. However, it has a lower affinity for silica, making it ideal for treating waters with a silica to total anion ratio of less than 30%.
Usage:
Used in Water Treatment Industry:
AMBERLITE(R) IRA-410 is used as a water conditioning agent for removing iodine ions and neutralizing solutions. Its high regeneration efficiency and excellent rinse performance make it an effective choice for two-column water demineralisation plants.
Used in Laboratory Research:
AMBERLITE(R) IRA-410 is used as a packing material for columns in laboratory research, providing a stable and efficient platform for various analytical techniques.
Used in Urinary Analysis:
AMBERLITE(R) IRA-410 is used in urinary analysis by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), offering a reliable and efficient method for detecting and quantifying various compounds in urine samples.
Used in Dye Capture:
AMBERLITE(R) IRA-410 is used as a dye capture agent for capturing xanthan and xanthene dyes, making it a valuable tool in the textile and dye manufacturing industries for waste treatment and color removal.
Used in Catalyst Applications:
AMBERLITE(R) IRA-410 is used as an effective catalyst, particularly for reactions involving low catalyst concentrations and relatively low temperatures, due to its strong basic nature and anion exchange properties.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 9002-26-0 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 9,0,0 and 2 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 2 and 6 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 9002-26:
(6*9)+(5*0)+(4*0)+(3*2)+(2*2)+(1*6)=70
70 % 10 = 0
So 9002-26-0 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
