Naphthol AS-BR C.I. 37575 is used as a dyeing agent for cotton, PVA, and viscose fabrics. It provides a red light brown color and is similar to reduction brown BR. The product has a higher affinity for cotton, and the pH of the coupling can be adjusted according to the color base for optimal results.
Used in Dyeing Process:
Naphthol AS-BR C.I. 37575 is used to improve dye uptake and color yield in the dyeing process. By dipping and increasing the temperature, the render color quantity can be enhanced, leading to more vibrant and long-lasting colors on the fabric.
Preparation
3,3′-Dimethoxylbenzidine and 3-Hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid condensation.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 91-92-9 includes 5 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 2 digits, 9 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 9 and 2 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 91-92:
(4*9)+(3*1)+(2*9)+(1*2)=59
59 % 10 = 9
So 91-92-9 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
