Effects of acute exposure: Inhalation of vapours or mist will cause headaches, nausea, dizziness and intoxication; severe central
nervous system depressant. Can cause irritation of mucous membranes, coughing and difficulty in breathing if misted.

Effects of chronic exposure: Causes painful sting of burning of eyes and lids, watering of eyes, conjunctivitis, opaqueness of
cornea, possible leading to loss of sight.

Skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing, launder before reuse. Flush skin with plenty of water for 15 minutes. Discard
saturated leather articles. Call a physician.

Eye contact: In case of eye contact, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention.

Inhalation: In case of inhalation, remove patient to fresh air. If unconscious administer oxygen. If breathing stops, administer
artificial respiration, and call for prompt medical attention.

Ingestion: If ingested, DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. If vomiting, take care to prevent aspiration. Give 250 mL of milk.
Liquid paraffin may slow gastric absorption. Seek medical attention.

above 50 mg/m3 use full face air supplied or self contained breathing apparatus.Suggest goggles and Notrile or Viton gloves.

Specific engineering controls: General mechanical; use explosion proof mechanical ventilation suitable for group atmospheres.

Procedures for leak/spills: (Use appropriate safety equipment.) Small spills, soak up with absorbent material. Large spills, dike
to contain spill to prevent water pollution. Recover diked material; return recovered material to plant.

Waste disposal: Absorb spilled material with absorbent compound, incinerate/dispose to conform with local disposal regulations.
