The invention relates to a synthesis method of bevenopran. 3-methoxy-4-hydroxy hydroxy benzyl bromide and 5-chloropyrazine-2-formamide serve as raw materials, potassium carbonate serves as alkali, DMF serves as a solvent, heating coupling is carried out, and 5-(4-brooethyl-2-metoxy phenoxyl)pyrazine-2-formamide is synthesized; then the product and 2-(tetrahydropyrane-4-yl)ethyeneamine react in dichloromethane under the reflux condition with triethylamine serving as alkali to obtain the target product bevenopran. The invention provides the method for effectively synthesizing bevenopran. According to the method, fewer reaction steps exist, the yield is high, purification and other aftertreatment are simple, and industrial operation is easy to achieve.
