Preparation of Benzenesulfonamide,N,N-dichloro-4-methyl-: this chemical can be prepared by p-toluenesulfonamide and calcium hypochlorooate saturated solution. In addition, it can be prepared by toluene-4-sulfonamide. This reaction will need reagents acetic acid and calciumhypochlorite. The reaction time is 1 hour. The yield is about 62%.

The reaction should react for 1 hour at reaction temperature of -10 °C. And then react for 16 hours at room temperature. The yield is about 53%.
