Dimidin Uses

 Dimidin (CAS NO.642-15-9) is used as succinate oxidase inhibitors,blocking agents for electron transportation in biological pigment system, and cellular respiration inhibitors, and has anti-virus and anti-fungal effect.

Dimidin Production

Obtain complex coarse-grained from streptomyces culture broth by alcohol extraction and concentration. Derived pure Dimidin (CAS NO.642-15-9) in methanol: water: carbon tetrachloride: hexane, by the countercurrent distribution separation  .
