Overall,
this
study
provides
evidence
that
dithiaparacyclophane core is a promising platform to control
intramolecular through-space interactions and obtain an efficient
TADF emission with short RISC lifetimes. In particular, the
results obtained in Cp-ecl and Cp-sta demonstrate that the
orientation and the contact site of the D and A units grafted to
the cyclophane core can tune the energy levels of the triplet
states and leads to an upconversion from 3CT to 3LE that

promotes high efficient RISC to the CT singlet state. Based on
this study, we anticipate that the development of new highly
efficient TADF OLED materials based on this molecular 3D
platform should be possible by a careful selection of the type,
orientation and contact site of the D and A units. In addition, due
to the versatility of the cyclophane’s chemistry, the distance
between the upper and lower decks of the cyclophane core can
also be easily tuned. The sulfur bridges in the present
