With the CAS registry number 65460-52-8, Tetraisopropyl di(dioctylphosphate) titanate is also named as Bis[bis(2-ethylhexyl)phosphito-kO'']tetrakis(2-propanolato)-titanate(2-) dihydrogen. The product is is stable and inert with ester. Besides, it is colorless to pale yellowish clear liquid, which should be stored in closed, cool, dry and ventilated place. And the storage should avoid light and heat insulation. In addition, this chemical is soluble in alcohol, aromatic plasticizer DOP and mineral oil, but insoluble in water.

Moreover, it can be applied to epoxy paint for reducing dosage of titanium oxide and solvent and increasing dosage of clay without changing the viscosity of system. It also can improve adhesion to glass and metal. Additionally, it is used to treat inorganic fillers by improving dispersion and anti-setting.
