Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 103185-03-1 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,0,3,1,8 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 3 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 103185-03:
(8*1)+(7*0)+(6*3)+(5*1)+(4*8)+(3*5)+(2*0)+(1*3)=81
81 % 10 = 1
So 103185-03-1 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Palladium- and copper-catalyzed cross-coupling and carbonylative cross-coupling of organotellurium compounds with organostannanes

Kang, Suk-Ku,Lee, Sang-Woo,Ryu, Hyung-Chul

, p. 2117 - 2118 (1999)

The palladium- and copper-catalyzed cross-coupling of diaryl- or divinyl tellurium dichlorides with organostannanes has been achieved in the presence of PdCl2 (10 mol%) or CuI (10 mol%) with Cs2CO3 (2 equiv.) in MeCN in good to moderate yields; alternatively, the palladium- and copper-catalyzed carbonylative cross-coupling of organotellurium dichlorides with organostannanes was readily accomplished under atmospheric pressure of CO in good to moderate yields.

Asymmetric Catalytic Epoxidation of Terminal Enones for the Synthesis of Triazole Antifungal Agents

Feng, Xiaoming,He, Qianwen,Liu, Xiaohua,Zhang, Dong,Zhang, Fengcai

, p. 6961 - 6966 (2021/09/11)

An enantioselective epoxidation of α-substituted vinyl ketones was realized to construct the key epoxide intermediates for the synthesis of various triazole antifungal agents. The reaction proceeded efficiently in high yields with good enantioselectivities by employing a chiral N,N′-dioxide/ScIII complex as the chiral catalyst and 35% aq. H2O2 as the oxidant. It enabled the facile transformation for optically active isavuconazole, efinaconazole, and other potential antifungal agents.
