Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 67686-05-9 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 6,7,6,8 and 6 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 5 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 67686-05:
(7*6)+(6*7)+(5*6)+(4*8)+(3*6)+(2*0)+(1*5)=169
169 % 10 = 9
So 67686-05-9 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

, p. 1337 - 1340 (2007/10/02)
A new series of N-substituted-3-[1-alkyl(aryl)-4-piperidyl]azetidin-2- ones 2a-j structurally related to the previously reported 2,7- diazaspiro[3,5]nonan-1-ones 1 have been synthesized and tested for their activity as muscarinic agents, both in vitro and in vivo. Preliminary pharmacological results showed that compounds 2 are devoid of significant cholinergic properties.
