Urea derivatives of (S)-2-(3,4-difluorophenyl)-5-(3-fluoro-N-pyrrolidylamido)benzothiazole as potent antitrypanosomal agents. The derived amide acts as an inhibitor of dipeptidyl peptidase IV.1
