Usage

General Description

Aprepitant is a highly selective neurokinin 1 receptor antagonist that is used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy and certain other medical treatments. It works by blocking the action of substance P, a neuropeptide that is involved in the regulation of emesis (vomiting).
